Ordering a logbook with an invoice
To activate your device(s), you must provide us with the device code when you place your order.
The service and can be subscribed to in 3-month, 6-month or 12-month billing cycles. No refund will be given for cancellations made in the middle of a period. The minimum subscription period per invoice is 3 months, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation must be made at least 10 days before the start of the new period, in writing by e-mail to email@example.com. If we do not receive payment for the subscription or its renewal by the date indicated on the due date (+3 days), our license system will automatically set the license to expire within a few days.
The subscription to the service will be automatically renewed at the end of the period, unless a cancellation notice has been received before then or a specific agreement has been made at the time of subscription (the form will ask for this separately). A notification will be sent to the device the first five days before the expiry of the licence. The licence will be renewed/added when payment is reflected in our system. This may take 1-7 business days from the date of order. Renewals/upgrades are made on weekdays, excluding holidays.
If your device changes during the period, we can exchange the license for the new device free of charge.

Billing for the service is handled by tmi Ewooks (Business ID: 2918658-2). New/Transfer customer first time price will be increased by 25€ (VAT 0%) account maintenance service fee. We process the data provided with confidence and security in accordance with the new GDPR legislation. As a subscriber you agree that your data will be stored in our system.
NOTE! Before you subscribe! make sure by testing on your phone that the logbook works. We recommend using newer phones with Android 8.0 or higher.
Before subscribing, please install the logbook software on the devices on which you wish to use the service. We will need to know for each of your devices on which the software will be deployed. You will find the device code, information or shop view at the bottom of the page. In many cases it is sufficient to send us the 4-6 digit number at the end of the text. If the number sequence is not displayed, please send us the full long device code.
