Ewooks \u2013 Terms of Service<\/h1>\n

1. Terms of Service and Grant of Use<\/h2>\n

Thank you for using Ewooks services. By creating an account and\/or using the Ajokki, Driapp or Cabidi mobile applications or the Cabimap web service, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.<\/p>\n

These Terms apply to all products and services provided by Ewooks, including those not specifically listed in this document.<\/p>\n

Ewooks grants the user a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ewooks.<\/p>\n

The Service may only be used via Ewooks\u2019 official user interfaces and integrations. Ewooks reserves the right to restrict access to the Service and permanently delete data if the Service is used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or good practice.<\/p>\n

In these Terms, \u201cService\u201d<\/strong> refers to Ewooks\u2019 mobile and web-based services related to driving logs, working time tracking, taxi systems, map services, reporting, or other similar functionalities.<\/p>\n

Ewooks strives to maintain the Service with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in all environments. The user is responsible for the functionality and compatibility of their own devices, software, and network connections.<\/p>\n

If the user relies on data generated by the Service for business operations, taxation, invoicing, or regulatory reporting, the user is solely responsible for the accuracy of such data and for fulfilling all tax and regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n

Ewooks does not provide payment processing or regulatory reporting on behalf of the user unless explicitly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

Service prices, payment terms, and cancellation conditions are presented at the time of purchase. Purchases made through application stores (e.g. Google Play) are also subject to the terms of those platforms.<\/p>\n

The user may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service for third parties without Ewooks\u2019 prior written consent.<\/p>\n

2. Transport Services and Payment Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

The user always acts as an independent transport service provider. Ewooks is not a party to any transport agreements between the user and their customers.<\/p>\n

All payments related to transport services are made directly between the customer and the driver, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ewooks is not responsible for payment processing, payment transmission, or payment errors.<\/p>\n

The user is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, licences, permits, and regulatory obligations related to their activities.<\/p>\n

Ewooks provides software and platform services only and does not act as a transport service provider, intermediary, or contractual party in any transport relationship.<\/p>\n

If the Service is used in violation of applicable law, the user alone bears all resulting consequences and liabilities.<\/p>\n

3. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2>\n

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service, applications, web services, and documentation belong to Ewooks or its licensors.<\/p>\n
